Partners in Performance welcomes Hentus Honiball to leadership team

Partners in Performance has boosted its senior leadership team in Africa with Hentus Honiball, who joins from strategy counterpart Kearney.

Appointed a Managing Director and based out of Johannesburg, Hentus Honiball brings two decades of experience in the consulting industry to Partners in Performance.

Most recently at Kearney, Honiball was a partner working with clients on strategy and operations projects, including strategy formulation, execution strategies, enterprise architecture, demutualization, operating model enablement, and transformation.

Before that, he was a partner at PwC, where he spent over a decade, and served Deloitte in its Middle East business, where he delivered projects in the UAE, Jordan, Kuwait, and Egypt.

Honiball’s focus is on the financial services industry – he has worked with banks in Kenya, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Swaziland. His financial services expertise spans areas such as business models, operating models, governance structures, compliance, finance, back office processing, IT infrastructure, and ERP systems.

Commenting on his appointment, Honiball said: “I am very passionate about financial services and enjoy the relationship building and continuous learning that comes from working with clients on their toughest challenges. I enjoy seeing the solutions we build together turn into positive impact.”
