MAC Consulting strengthens team with senior hire Diksha Laljeeth

MAC Consulting, an implementation and change specialist from Johannesburg, has strengthened its team with Diksha Laljeeth.

Appointed an Executive, Diksha Laljeeth brings 17 years of experience in consulting to the firm. She specialises in business performance, human capital, and workforce transformation, with a strong focus on offerings such as organizational design, HR analytics, talent management, strategic workforce planning, leadership and skills development, and creating effective workplace environments.

“I am passionate about enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth through tailored workforce solutions. By leveraging my skills in facilitation, leadership, and human resource development, I aim to support businesses in navigating complex workforce challenges and driving impactful change,” said Laljeeth.

Throughout her career, Laljeeth delivering large-scale transformation projects in both the public and private sectors, in South Africa and across several African countries. She previously spent 13 years with PwC and spent the past two years working as an independent consultant.
