Vembu to deliver data backup solutions through new SA partnership

Cape-Town-based solutions firms NLHA is set to distribute Vembu solutions and products for the South African market following a new partnership forged between the two firms. NLHA is specifically tasked with distributing the Vembu BDR Suite to small and medium enterprises across the country. 

Vembu is a US-based technology solutions firm with a global profile. The firm’s expertise lies in the software development sphere and its flagship product is the Vembu BDR Suite, designed to develop data backup and recovery capabilities. The firm allows its clients to store data in high-tech data centres for security.

The BDR suite will now be distributed to South African businesses via NLHA solutions, an It solutions and consulting firm with a considerable client base in South Africa. NLHA specialises in managed information communication technology (ICT) services, and offers a variety of services in the same general area.

These include ICT security services, media solutions, as well as backup and disaster recovery solutions, which aligns its capabilities perfectly with Vembu’s intentions. The duo will cater to a market that is increasingly receptive to digital solutions and increasingly weary of cyber risks.

NLHA will market to small and medium enterprises, recognising the trend that this business segment has shed it apprehensions around the cost of technology and is gradually embracing investments in the area. Backing up data is crucial for any organisation that is digitalising its operations.
